GGPoker Launches Poker Integrity Council
GGPoker has decided to launch a dedicated Poker Integrity Council. The company is the leading online poker room worldwide and is responsible for providing a safe gaming experience for every user. That is why every effort is now being made to increase security. The Poker Integrity Council will be set up to take disciplinary action against unscrupulous players.
GGPoker Creates Poker Integrity Council
GGPoker has created the Council to ensure the safety of the online poker industry and protect the integrity of the information of regular players and customers of establishments. This Council will be responsible for detecting dishonest or suspicious behavior on the part of players. This includes bots, collaboration with dealers, other players, and incidents.
As soon as the Council of Integrity detects any sign of unfair online poker play, the event will be flagged as the main event for review. After that, the members of the Council will conduct their investigation to find out the legality of this behavior. Further, by voting all members of the Integrity Council, the need for disciplinary action in case of fraud detection will be determined.
The Council was explicitly created to conduct investigations and checks to reduce the risks of dishonest behavior while playing poker. This approach can significantly reduce the risk of cheating by players, allowing them to spend their time playing more pleasantly.
The Council may decide to close the case or impose a disciplinary sanction, depending on the specifics of the particular situation. Disciplinary action may include a warning or suspension of an account for a specified time.
Detection of gross violations can lead to a permanent ban or even confiscation of funds by the GGPoker administration. The Council’s most severe punishment is blocking the violator without the possibility of account recovery. This penalty means that if a player is caught cheating, they will not be able to participate in significant tournaments from GGPoker.
The Council will include the most famous poker players
The Poker Integrity Council will consist of leading representatives of the industry. Among the organization’s leading members are Andrew Lichtenberger and Fedor Holz. These are well-known poker players who do this professionally. The Council will also include professional poker players Nick Petrangelo and Seth Davies.
All incoming fraud data will be reviewed anonymously by the Council to ensure the accuracy and impartiality of the results. This means that the council members will not see any names, rates, or identifiers during the analysis.
The Poker Integrity Tip is an opportunity to make online poker more understandable and safer for every player. Now the community will be protected, as all scammers will be blocked, automatically excluding their candidacy from the competition.
